Most whole home remodels run anywhere from a few months to a year, depending on scope, square footage, and whether structural changes are involved. You’ll get a realistic timeline in writing before construction starts, and weekly updates once it begins.
It depends on the scope. Lighter whole home remodels are often livable with proper containment; a full down-to-the-studs project usually requires temporary relocation for part of the timeline. We’ll walk through what makes sense for your specific project at your consultation.
